By John Quearney: A band from
Finglas, West Dublin called Night Shift played Stones, Beatles,
blues/rock in venues such as Sound City, The Scene, Matt Talbot Hall
and local halls around Ireland. Manager was Shay Walsh (from
Kilkenny) who also managed Sugarshack. John Smails is now a
well-known photographer. The other band members joined showbands
during the late '60 and continue to play with different bands around
Dublin. Road manager were Mr. Fitz and Mr. O'Halloran. |
