In 1967, Freddie White (second left) formed this band with Aidan Heffernan, Frank Mahony and Barry Heffernan. They were all about 15 - 16 and still at school. Heavily influenced by local heroes Taste, they covered Jimi Hendrix, Cream, Fleetwood Mac and threw in a few Monkees for good measure. Freddie played lead guitar even though he didn't own an electric. Panic stations every weekend trying to borrow one for the gigs! Played regularly in the Cavern Club, in Cork that is. Sadly, Barry was killed in a drowning accident in Scotland in 1973. Frank, too, has passed on in the last few years. Aidan lives in Cork.
