Judge Joe and the Jury played around Northern Ireland from 1961-1963. Four of the group were from Methodist College while Joe was at Lisburn Tech. Joe Duffy was the only member to stay in the band business. After leaving The Jury he joined the Jimmy Johnston Showband and later the Carling Showband. He has lived in San Antonio, Ibiza for 38 years and runs a very successful Irish Pub called "Joe Spoon's Irish Pub"
